Mango Sticky Rice

This traditional Thai dessert combines the warmth of coconut-infused glutinous rice with sweet. juicy mangoes. We’ve streamlined the traditional recipe. eliminating the need for a stovetop. When selecting mangoes. opting for Ataulfo or honey mangoes is key. as they offer the perfect blend of sweetness and tartness. If these aren’t accessible. any ripe mango will suffice. Keep in mind that during cooking. some starchy water may seep around the knob. but this is expected due to rice’s inherent starchiness.

All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
