Microwave Mini Muffins

Microwave mini muffins are a quick. fun way to make bite-sized snacks using boxed muffin mix and an Anytime Freezer Tray. Simply prepare your favorite mix—like Jiffy. Betty Crocker. Krusteaz. or even Bisquick—then scoop and microwave for a soft. fluffy muffin in just 90 seconds. No oven. no waiting. no mess. These are perfect for lunchboxes. snacks. or busy mornings!

Looking to customize? Add frozen blueberries. chocolate chips. or chopped fruit to make them your own. Most boxed mixes are egg-free or easy to adapt with dairy-free alternatives.

All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
