Traditionally. roasted peppers are cooked over an open flame. With Anyday. save time and effort by using the microwave. which gently steams the bell peppers and helps make the peeling process a breeze. Drizzle with good olive oil. and toss with sliced garlic and fresh herbs for the quickest and juiciest roasted marinated peppers.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
