Althea Brown’s Whole30 Spaghetti Squash Mac & Cheese

Althea Brown of  developed  while she was completing a Whole30 reset and wanted to enjoy a version of the macaroni and cheese her family was eating. All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
