Drunken Noodles

Drunken noodles without the drama of a takeout order? Yes. please. This easy. microwave-friendly version of a Thai favorite comes together entirely in an Anyday dish—because who needs a wok when you’ve got the magic of the microwave? Wide rice noodles soak up a savory sauce packed with oyster sauce. dark soy. and a kick of garlic and ginger. while tofu and bok choy steam all in the same dish. Toss it all together. garnish with fresh basil and scallions (if you’re feeling fancy). and you’ve got a spicy. saucy noodle dish ready in minutes.

All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwaves and home kitchens to make sure they work — and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
