Irish Soda Bread Buns

Irish soda bread is a simple. hearty quick bread from Ireland. perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. If you’re in a pinch (are you wearing green?). make a quick-rising dough with baking soda. caraway. and currants. Portion into Anytime Freezer Trays. pop them into the microwave and cook on a lower power level for a gently steamed bun. It’ll be ready to serve with corned beef and cabbage!

All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise. all recipes should be cooked at full power.
