Joshua McFadden’s Truly Irresistible Granola

The beauty of Joshua McFadden’s granola lies in its simplicity. Unlike many granola recipes that call for expensive nuts. dried fruits. and other mix-ins. McFadden’s ingredients list is super minimal. relying on coconut flakes. pumpkin seeds. and sunflower seeds to add flavor and texture to the finished product. While the recipe may be simple. the flavor is anything but. Once you start munching on this granola. you won’t be able to stop. You might even say that it’s truly irresistible.
